1970 Duster LH Door Jamb Lock Pillar

I'm trying to procure a left hand side door jamb lock pillar for my Duster. I see that Auto Metal Direct has them, but I don't want to spend almost $200 on a lock pillar - so I'm trying to see if anyone has a used one they can pull from a parts car.
