I'm getting ready to swap my new 408 build into the 68 barracuda replacing the 318. The 408 is internally balanced. The crank is a Scat 4" forged, the 318 is cast and internally balanced. I want to use the 318 2200 torque converter and am wondering how much more stall I can expect. Is there any difference in bolt pattern or fitment of the 318/904 flex plate to the 4" scat crank??? Can I expect starter fitment issues from a 1970 la 318 block to a 1978 la 360 block??
Thanks
