I have 4 nice 14" sbp 4" Cragars that came off of a Duster. Two are 6" & two are 7". I was going to use them on my '66 Barracuda but the 7" rears won't fit, so I got narrower Cragars instead.
These are really nice....not show quality, but perfect for a NICE driver - some pitting, but not much. Center caps are included, but I don't have the lug nuts (available from Cragar) View attachment 1715042572 View attachment 1715042573 View attachment 1715042575 . I'm asking $300 for...

I am looking for a pair of nice straight strut rods. Not sure if there is a year difference between the 68-72 and 73+ like the k members.

Mine measure 21 7/16" long. Of course it is slightly bent so probably like 21 1/2".

Paypal ready. Shipping would be to 97501.

Well, mine is nowhere near as cool as that other one from the vet. His is kick butt cool! Mine is low buck, shadetree. I was lucky enough to start out with a somewhat nice car with only two spots of eat through rust. Runs and real cheap. First time I ever tried anything like this, so I'm saking a lot of questions and am taking my time.

I am rebuilding a 65 vintage Torqueflite for a friends 64 belvedere and have a few questions...

1 - the 65 and 66 rear pump slip yoke autos used an internal seal on the output shaft and a grease lubricated yoke with a vent hole. Can I leave the internal seal off the output shaft and run a conventional atf lubed slip yoke?

2 - are all cable shift valve bodies the same, or are push button ones different from cable column and console ones?

3 - has anyone done the conversion to larger late...

Cam bearing problem

Pulled the original 360 out of my 86 w250 apart yesterday. Had 150k on it. Ran fine but oil pressure was a little low and it was getting tired. Noticed the cam bearings are tottaly shot. Flaking and chipping on all 5. Ironically the engine I rebuilt last year and put in it was an 86 block also. The cam bearings looked just as bad in that one before they were replaced. Did Chrysler have a bad run of bearings in the 80s? Out of all the 60s and 70s engines I've had apart, I've never seen...

SpaceX Launch this Sunday!

Since my life is consumed with work I thought I would share some info on our next launch.

Sunday’s launch will be another first for the company as we launch a satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). This is a big deal because it will show the DoD that we are capable of getting their expensive and top secret hardware up to space. I believe these satellites are built by Boeing in El Segundo and in the past they were exclusively launched by United Launch Alliance, which is one...

Meet Mr. Butterscotch

I usually don't name my cars and for some reason I did for this car.
It is my butterscotch EL5 1971 Demon 340 with white stripes and white vinyl top I purchased back in 2008 from a fellow FABO member. When I purchased it,it was only a rolling shell without the 340 motor and 727 Torqueflight and was in half assed primer and some bodywork done, but not the best. When I got it back home, I didn't mess with the car itself, but was working on the little stuff that was easy for me to do like...

Fuel cell install questions(pictures of members fuel cells)

Hey guys, ive done many modifications on cars before but ive never put a fuel cell in the trunk. The cell i have is 20 gallons and has a rear sump. My question is does the sump have to be facing the rear and whats the best way to recess it? Im thinking angle iron frame but i dont want it to look tacky. I cant drop it to low because im doing a custom center exit exhaust. Does anyone have pictures of their fuel cells? The trunk floor is out and im ready to start. Just looking for ideas. Thanks
